ok so i wanna upgrade my drl and fogs got hids.... got the ballasts but the hids have 2 extra plugs that the ballast doesnt a red and black ive attached a pic... am i missing another kit or something? ive tried to look at diagrams but those ballasts have a wire for it to plug into mine doesnt

 

That's not a ballast, it's a resistor. Some European cars need those since they detect the bulbs aren't drawing enough power and gives a warning that a bulb is out.

 

I bought it off Amazon and resistors too for my LEDs they have it labeled as ballast

 

Just bought an actual ballast I guess and that too doesn't have the same amount of plugs the light does wtf am I missing
