Help with upgrading non tech package TSX screen

So Ive had a 2010 standard package TSX, for years and frankly I feel outdated with the screen that it comes with. I’ve looked everywhere online on what my options are to upgrade it and im not getting anywhere. My first thought was to just buy a tech package screen off eBay and just use that, I don’t really care about navy I just want a better screen. I don’t think that’s possible because I won’t be able to see the heat gauges and stuff. Does anyone know of any aftermarket radio screens I can use that’ll work? I’ve seen a few pictures of people who have changed the top screen to a radio. I don’t like the ones that people install in the middle dash, rather the clean look of just switching out the top. Any advice would go a long way, thanks.
