Having a weird issue with HFL

I have had my '10 Tech since November and haven't had any issues until the past few days. When I receive a call or make a call, the display says incoming/outgoing call, it mutes the radio and everything, but the voice does not come over the speakers... it is still on the earpiece on my phone? I have a droid incredible and I have tried turning off the BT on my phone and turing it back on, still nothing. So I thought it was an issue with my BT connection to the car, but my bluetooth audio still works perfectly. I was wondering if anyone has had this issue before? Also, if I delete or unpair my phone, am I going to lose all my voice speed dial names that I added into the HFL system? I dont want to re-add all of those again. Thanks!

I'm not sure about the droid, but on the iphone when you dp a HFL call, on the screen there's options of where you want to use the phone, such as headphones, HFL, speakers, or earpiece. I remember that happened to me once and that was the problem for me!

After you answer the call, hit the HFL button and say "Transfer." That's the command to transfer the call between your HFL and your cell phone (in case you want privacy).
