im contemplating using a baffle for the rear deck subwoofer speaker (tech package).

think this will help with acoustics? protect the speakers?

my motivation is actually for protection of the subwoofer speaker. I sometimes carry gasoline (shifter kart race fuel) in the trunk and im afraid the fumes will melt the speaker like it has done in previous cars.
