Hello, I was wondering if anybody has a Samsung galaxy s3 with a tech package. I tried plugging in the USB mode. and it doesn't work, it keep saying "unsupported device."or something like that. Then i try to use bluetooth and my phone cant even detect my car and my car cant detect my phone. Weird. Anybody have a samsung galaxy s3 with the same problem?

 

I have a GS3 and mine synced up just fine via Bluetooth. I followed the instructions in the manual step by step and i got it in the first try...then again, there are a few people on here that are experiencing the same issue you are so idk whats up with that. As far as the USB plug in, that only works on iPhones, which is stupid IMO but whatever.

 

hmm i see... but i cant even connect with bluetooth. i had an iphone 4 before and sync it with bluetooth like nothing. lol. sigh

 

mine syncs up via BT just fine. make sure your phone is visible. haven't tried connecting via usb though...so you guys are saying connecting via microusb cable won't work? will it at least charge the phone?

 

My non tech syncs via BT to my S3. Just loses the connection every now and then.
