Anyone know how to make the fog lights run w/o the headlights?

yes theres a guy that did an independent foglight mod thats controlled by a 3rd switch

i attempted to do it but only got 90% done. then i just got lazy and figured its okay to give up

the part that blocked me was putting the fuse into the fuse box. eventually i got the answer.
