09 TSX Instrument Cluster Issue

09 TSX Instrument Cluster Issue
Hey there fellow TSX owners! Well today my 09 TSX cluster lights disappeared all of a sudden and do not work at all, but the engine turns on for a second and dies right away. Has anyone had any similar happenings? Radio and cluster panel light works, but none of the instrument gauges turn on. Engine dies after a second. Can this be a relay, immobilizer issue? Please help! I looked at some of the fuses but so far all fo them are good..

It tuns out that it is the Meter fuse that keeps blowing. 7.5 amps. But I have no idea what might be causing this, probably a short somewhere
