I've owned...
1990 Nissan 240sx hatch (uncle gave it to my brother who gave it to me)
2009 Honda Accord (ex-gf bought it and I took care of it till we broke up)
2009 Acura TSX (bought by myself)

Here’s my brief list…
1972 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu (307, auto [slow])
1966 Chevrolet Chevelle Super Sport (396 4 speed [not slow]
1976 Chevrolet van
1987 Nissan Pulsar SE (owned less than 10 months)
1987 GMC S15 Jimmy (long before SUVs became popular)
1991 Geo Storm 5 speed(ex-wife wanted it)[worse car I’ve owned]
1992 Toyota Celica GT (hatchback/ 5speed excellent all around car)
1994 Ford Mustang GT convertible (not as fast as the Chevelle SS and handled worse)
1995 Saab 900 SE (turbo, 5 speed)
1973 VW Super Beetle (4 speed)[hey, I bought a house, no car payment!]
2000 Toyota Tacoma SR5 V6 auto 4wd TRD
2011 Acura TSX Sport Wagon
I’ve only had the Acura less than 2 weeks, but it’s right up there at the top. The Saab was a fantastic car – plenty of power from the turbo, handled like it was on rails and I could get 36 MPG on the highway. The Mustang had good power from the 302 and the Boss 460 radio got good and loud, but the front end was so soft it handled like crap. My favorite is definitely my hot rod from my motorhead days, that Chevelle rocked – Hooker headers, NMW ladder bars, Cornell 60s in the rear, rubber in every gear, I was getting about 8 (10 on a good day) MPG and gas was $0.76/ gallon (highway robbery!).

I don't have a TSX but I want to play as well I'm interested in getting a TSX in the future though. I am young and hoping to expand this list... Camaro should have been gone a long time ago
in chrono order:
1997 Civic EX 4AT
Slow as balls, no difference when VTEC kicks in, just gets louder, period. But 34 mpg with 80% highway is awesome
2003 3.2TL Type-S
Great all-around car, but tranny is worrisome. Wish they kept the "bowling ball" trim in some form, a lot of people compliment it
1995 Integra LS 5MT (favorite)
Even though it had a shitty paintjob for most of its life, had no radio for a long time and desperately needed new shocks, I loved driving it, even more than the TL
2002 Camaro Z28 6MT (WAS favorite)
Rude and crude. Awesome times had with it, spring and summer seasons were awesome with t-tops. 2 trouble free years... then the car started falling apart mechanically :< GM makes some finicky cooling systems and shitty power steering boxes.

I'll play too:
2009 Acura TSX
I've driven a few cars in my time, but this is my first car, and it is also my favorite. There are so many little features that you never use, but when you do use it it's quite satisfying to know that it's available. For example, I was driving rather fast tonight and did not want to push the radio button off, so I just pushed the voice command button and said "radio off".
When I read this, all I could think of was C&C Red Alert and selecting an engineer unit: "Engineering". Thank you for your service, and welcome home.

1982 Honda Accord LX - She was 14 years old when she became my first car at age 21.
1997 Toyota Corolla DX - Had to get a replacement once I ran the Accord into the ground. But I never really liked this car. I think I had it for 10 months and then replaced it. I got this car in 2000.
2001 Honda Civic EX Sedan - My first NEW car. I really enjoyed this car for the first 2 years but by 2004, I was itching for another new car.
2005 Honda Civic EX-Special Edition Coupe - OMG, I really loved this car especially bc of the incredible sound system. I think it may have been even better than the 1st gen TSX's system. It played mp3 discs, which the TSX didn't do until the 2nd gen. But then again, that car was full of CDs and I played music through my blackberry in the TSX. I even swapped out that oem cloth chairs and replaced with plush leather. That leather was better than the leather in my '11 TSX.
2008 Acura TSX Navi - My favorite car! It was compact, quick and had incredible looks/lines. The only thing I hated about this car was the door locks. I absolutely loved this car's handling/steering.
2011 Acura TSX Tech - My other favorite car! They're both so similar, yet different. I've grown to like the toned down beak. I absolutely love the bluetooth music playing! As someone who has never owned an iPod, I love being able to control the music without having to touch my blackberry. The pick up on this car is extremely similar to the 2008. The steering is the difference. I've gotten used to it now but I did not like it at first. If only they could have shaved off an inch in width and maybe 2 inches in length! I do love the MPG though.

My favorite overall, is a toss-up between my 83 Thunderbird 302 & my 91 Sentra SE-R. I could log 500 miles in a day with the SE-R, and never felt uncomfortable.

Yeah, that Sentra SE-R was fantastic. A close friend of mine, a manual tranny driving female enthusiast (yes!), had one of those for about 14 years and just loved it. She replaced it with an Accord V6 coupe (6MT), which she also loves, but she still has a soft spot for that SE-R. I like that formula: simple, reliable, economical, and a blast to drive.

2001 Mongoose Bicycle
2006 Honda Lawnmower
2010 Acura TSX
Gotta say that from that list the TSX is my absolute FAVORITE. It totally outperforms the rest. I do take the lawnmower out every 2-3 weeks. QUADRABLADE JUST KICKED IN, YO.

2004 Jaguar X-Type 3.0 AWD
2008 Audi A4 2.0T Quattro
2010 Acura TSX
My Audi was my favorite. It had more of a premium feel, got better mpg, had all wheel drive for the winter, and it really felt like a tank on the road. The Jaguar was nice when new, but fell apart really quickly, which makes me like the tsx more.

How'd you like that 2011 TL? I test drove an '10 SH-AWD 6MT and LOVED it... curious to know how ownership is going.
My dad has a 2010 TL FWD and I thought it drove pretty nice.

2000 Honda Civic (driven from new until 215k miles!)
1996 Acura 3.2TL (temporary "loaner" car from brother; had 136k miles when i got it and 142k when i gave it back)
2011 Acura TSX - my true first car (mom bought the Civic and it was a hand-me-down to me haha)
Granted to say, i LOVE my car without a doubt and i love Hondas period!
@Costco, i absolutely loved the 2002-2003 Acura 3.2TL Type-S. It was my "dream car" for a long time, but now, i am definitely satisfied with my TSX

and a 2000 Civic from new until 215k! That thing would be a rolling shell and nothing more long before that if it was my first car. Your post makes me want a 2G TSX even more.

Plus, i hated the colour (mom bought the green one)
The ignominy of driving the underpowered little beast drove me to bigger and better things!

I have the 11 FWD.

Short list here too:
1988 Toyota Corona (yes, Corona, I grew up in another country)
1997 VW Golf
2002 Nissan Maxima SE (still sitting my garage, mods being parted out)
2011 TSX Sport Wagon
Missing the Maxima for its 6MT, interior and power, but I'm really liking the TSX interior and steering/handling/chassis stiffness so far, not to mention the cargo space of the wagon. Also that it is 9 years newer than my last car, lol.

IS AGE A FACTOR? IN: What other cars have you owned, and what’s been your favorite?
I started a separate thread on the AGE / STAGE OF LIFE topic related to favorite cars. (Felt it was different enough of a topic).
