This car literally stumbled into my lap. I really wanted to trade my Si in for a Wrx hatch to make room for a car seat, but no one was showing interest with private sale and Subaru dealers were lowballing trade in offers. Wife also wanted something I would stop wrenching on so much. Found two CBP 6spd w/ tech available sitting across the street from Subaru. Swapped the Si with the lower mileage one.

I wanna get rid of mine in the next 2 years-ish. maybe a little less.
Between the whining noise and rattle on acceleration coming out of my engine, being slow and shitty 5at I just kinda want something different.

I recently bought out the lease on my 11 Tech MT and decided to give it some love. My dealer loaned me TLX Tech 2.4 BWP/Espresso for a long weekend test drive. It had some really impressive tech and safety upgrades, but in the end, I was not ready to give up an MT.
It is sad that 2016 will the first year since Acura's launch in 1986 that it has not offered a stick. Will probably look at the 2017 or 18 TLX, which will have a MMY refresh.
Here is what I've done or will do this month to make my ride feel a little newer:
1. Aluminum pedals (EDM, thus pronounced alloo-mini-umm)
2. Aluminum speaker grilles (lightens up the ebony interior)
3. EDM hazard light replacement (much easier to locate by site and touch)
4. Transparent door handle protective film
5. Huper Optik ceramic tint at 85 percent VLT on windows, 80 percent on sunroof
6. Replace the Lamin-X on my headlights and foglights

Though usually only for carrier-length on-ramps so the heartless big rig drivers don't try to run me over. I still want it to last a long time for either value or resale value.

The wifey's new phone came with wireless charging pad. Was looking at getting an aftermarket kit for my Galaxy Note, tear it apart and rig it into the car for OEM style feel and looks, but there's no flat spots (tech package) in the center console. Maybe in the cut out of the nav display?

2) they usually have a small magnet in the pad/device (device might just have a chunk of metal) that "centers" the device over the inductance coil. You could leverage that fact to use a slightly off "flat" location.
3) using #2, you could also get creative an not rely on a flat surface in the horizontal sense. Maybe make it fit in the cupholder area so the charger pad is upright. Maybe using that little cubby area by your knee, in front of the shifter and below the center stack? Put the phone in on it's side with the back towards the center of the car and the charger is on the center console surface. Behind that velvety texture material?
I'd thought about this before also, but I got poor phones so moot point.
Good luck!

Got some Pilot AS/3s. Car feels a whole lot better in corners.
I've actually been thinking about doing the same thing since I got my S6. I haven't been able to really find a decent place either, but lmk if you figure something out!

i 3d printed a holder with a integrated charging pad for my s5. dunno if i have a pic though.
It's not very integrated though. Its with a clip-on to a trim piece. But this way i can still see the screen for gps n stuff.
