I use Aerospace 303 which works well. Doesn't leave a shiny finish which is a big plus for me, and makes really refinishes the plastics to their original look imo. I go through the car with 303 every few months.

For the leather, if it's REALLY dirty, I would use Megs APC diluted or a woolite solution diluted. You can use this on other surfaces too. If it's a maintenance clean, which both of my cars are now, I prefer to use a dedicated cleaner for the surface:

Leather - Meg's cleaner/conditioner followed up by a leather conditioner (I'm using Lexol for the minivan and 1Z einszett Leather Care for my Acura). Acura is brand new and has nicer leather so I want to keep it that way.

Non-leather surfaces, I use Meg's Interior QD. Has a nice clean scent and mild cleaners. You can leave as is or use a protectant..303 is the most popular one but I've been using Meg's hyperdressing highly diluted or Megs interior trim dressing.

Oh yeah for the leather i use Zaino Z-10 'Leather in a Bottle'. It works very well and doesn't leave the leather shiny or smelling weird. It actually smells really nice, like leather and keeps your car smelling fresh!

Everyone always comments on how new smelling my car is after i go through it with Zaino, and they're surprised to find that it was just because of a conditioner lol!

There are MANY good products for your dash and leather. Yes, Lexol makes a good product. But, I'd say that 303 Aerospace Protectant is my preferred product.
