wagon delivery! First 700 miles

So i took delivery of a 2012 graphite/ebony tech friday (like robpp). Got dealer installed 20% tint all around and 70% on windshield. Might remove windshield tint as a good pair of maui jims seems to make it a bit cloudy.
Will debadge the back but leave Logo also. Plan on switching out the oem tires around the 10K mile mark and go with the Mich Pilot Sport A/S plus which i have on my conv lexus and LOVE.

Also removed the glovebox shelf. That thing was bugging me as i was coming from a 4runner ('03 w 210k) that had lots of storage, and the tsx wagon has way less so stuff i would keep in center armrest now goes in glovebox. The manuals i keep in the pouch behind passenger seat. Have been for 20+ years.

The only car i was seriously cross shopping was the MINI Countryman. And i wanted to like the mini better but The Acura clearly was a better vehicle for me. More space and a way better ride. Averaged 32.3 on first tank all hwy. And loving the sport mode (which i wonder if many folks, not on this forum, think may stands for 2nd and therefore never know the joy of it).

All the beeping from the buttons is irritating and getting used to the over lumbarred seat...inside line commented it was like sitting on the lap of a pregnant lady...couldn't agree more.

All in all the perfect car for me with a few quibbles. Very happy w purchase decision and dealer experience. Acura Of Riverside-Misty.

I have Llumar Air Blue 80 on my windshield and I like it a lot. The first day or two the water is still drying out and it might seem a little blurry or cloudy, but it will dry and you won't even notice the tint. But it does help keep the car cooler and knocks down glare just a little.

Welcome. I have 70% on my windshield as well and am having no issues. It's definitely worthwhile.
