VSA Modulator - VSA/ABS/Brake/Transmission lights on

I have the VSA/ABS/Brake/Check transmission lights stay on after jump starting my 2009 TSX. I had a Honda dealership take a look, and they say that the VSA module (Part Number: 57110TL2S01) needs to be replaced. They quoted me $3.2k, which I don't want to spend given that I am trying to sell my car. But I don't want to sell an unsafe car either. If I can get a cheap part, I can have it installed by the Honda Tech (spoke to the Honda tech and he would do it for $200 if I get the part).
My questions are 1) Is there an equivalent cheaper Honda Accord part 2) How can I be sure it's not a wheel sensor or harness that's bad (Honda would not answer these questions).
Any help/insight would be greatly appreciated.

How old is your battery? These cars love to throw codes when the battery is weak. If you're in doubt pick up a new battery, keep the receipt and case its a wash and you need to return it. You made need a scanner to clear the codes. Its worth a shot.

Hi, I also have a 2009 Acura TSX and have "soft" brakes which after 3 master cylinders seems to be the VSA modulator. I am wondering what you ended up doing for your car? Did you have the VSA replaced?
