My Voice Control Button on my new-to-me 2009 with Tech needs to be pulled way down near the steering column to beep. I'm thinking there is a contact in there that needs to be cleaned. Anyone ever serviced the voice control buttons and know how to get in there?

I really want to be able to have my rear defrost turn on when I say "Audio Off" and other fun commands.
