Hi guys, while I was doing some wiring, I noticed a strange hole underneath the dashboard, it's a hole in the ducting. And to my surprise, when I turn on the car, air comes out from that hole. I guess I could just make a hole in the glovebox to let the air come in if I wanted to!
It's nice to know for those who always wanted a ventilated glovebox. Does anyone know if the Euro Accord has a factory ventilated glovebox?
Hmm. That actually wouldn't be the worst idea ever. I mean, the car doesn't have a heated steering wheel so if you keep your gloves in the glove box, then they'll get warmed by the heater and be more comfortable when you put them on.
Or, if you keep your bottle of bourbon in there, it'll be ready to mix into a hot toddy when you need to take the chill off. Responsibly at your destination of course.
Gloves will be cold when you first start your car anyhow as they sat in the car, and the heat takes time to get going. I rather have gloves on me than store them in the box.
It would be great if it had an adjustable vent like the one inside the arm rest storage area. That way my crayons wouldn't melt in my glove box when the heat is on full blast.

This is why I leave my car running for at least an hour before driving in the winter. Mmmmmmmmmmm toasty.
