TSX vs. Accord

Ok, my TSX is coming up on its first oil change, I would like to know if there is sufficient parts carry over and similarity to the Accord of the same year, that a Honda dealership can competently provide an oil change on my car.
My reason for using such is the Acura dealership is about 90 minutes from me and are a bunch of high volume s#!t can a-holes! Anyway can it be done at the Honda place or should I plan on changing it myself with my other 3 vehicles. Thanks for the help.

yeah, you can buy the oil filter yourself even if you want and bring it to them and save on that too

Any shop should be able to provide an oil change as its a very basic task. I personally say just to do it yourself so you know its done well and no mistakes are being made.

I assume Canada and the US are the same, but I've had all my TSX services done at Honda, not Acura.

You can get your service done at a Honda dealer. If you are buying parts from your car, you can get the exact same part for less at a Honda dealer than at an Acura dealer. Acura dealers mark items up so that you get that "luxury" feeling, but all of the parts will be in Honda-labeled bags.

Yep, this is exactly how they sell the cars too. I made a pic if anyone is confused about what he is talking about
