TPMS Back Right Tire

Hey Just looking or some help

My TPMS keeps indicating that my back right tire has low pressure. Ive done it all from adding air to letting some out. Now I doubt theres a fix but is there a TSB for this? and does anyone know how much is it to just replace that part?

Thanks in adv for the help

If you're confident that the low pressure warning that the system is displaying is faulty, the first thing that I would do is swap out that tire/wheel (assuming they're the OE tires, there not directional, so it doesn't matter which one you swap it with). If the low reading continues, and you're sure that the tire that is being displayed as low isn't, then the fault is with the system, most likely the sensor receiver attached to the car. If it's the wheel sensor, the right rear should now show OK, and the tire that you moved from that spot will now display a low reading in it's new location. You'll need a new sensor. I've had both go bad, and the easier (and cheaper) to replace is the sensor.

Did you ever use fix a flat in that tire? That will kill the TPMS in that tire in a few weeks. You can find this part on e-bay for about $50.00 new, have local tire shop swop out and clean out the fix a flat garbage if used.
