Toe misalignment

Toe misalignment
More of a general question but after a recent repair, I noticed my wheel pointed right when driving straight, maybe 30 degrees.
I took it back and they fixed it, told me the guy who did the original work (cosmetic wheel damage) didn't check toe alignment when he reinstalled the wheel.
I put about 20 miles driving crooked like that, did it do much collateral damage? And out of curiosity, if I kept driving like that for many miles, what would happen?

You mean the steering wheel had cosmetic damage and it was repaired? If so, they took the steering wheel off the car and re-installed it "crooked"?
Then this is unrelated to tire wear and will have no consequence other than you looking at a crooked steering wheel while driving straight.

Luckily you caught it quick enough, you should be fine, had you let it go longer you would have uneven tire wear, hence those tires would have worn out faster.
