Ordered some Ichiba spacers from them paid via Paypal. That was Monday and their order status just says processing and I have yet hear a confirmation of the order being completed or that it's on the way. I emailed them twice with no response. Are they usually this slow?

 

I have placed 3 orders with them without a problem.

Maybe try phone Monday.
