For those that leased...

What's your estimated residual value at least term per your dealer? Curious to know. Surely this will vary depending on how much you put down and your mileage allowance.

Residual value shouldn't be affected by downpayment. Mileage allowance will affect it slightly though.
That being I thought residuals are set by Acura based on % value of MSRP.

Residuals change (most cases the get lower as you get later into the model year).
Check out edmunds.com for some good discussion on current residual values, you can even look back in the post to see what the residual were when you got your TSX.

I think my residual was 60% for a 36 month/15k miles a year back at the end of March this year.

I got my TSX in May of 2008 right after they first came out in April. My residual was 68%. The tech model had a slighly lower residual. Acura was running a promotion at the time so obviously that residual is subsidized.
