Front windshield is untinted. My front driver window and passenger window are 35%. If you LED'd your interior, when I press the unlock button at night, it doesn't even look like I have tints cuz the interior is SO bright. I'll take pics and post it to show you later.

Plus 50% on the front won't get you pulled over IMO.. 30% wasn't extremely noticeable so 50% won't be a problem.

its shizzles. Yeah im gonna do legal anyway. Im thinking 35% all around and 50% windshield or 50% all around for uniformitys sake at this point
i think ill ask around for a good tinter shop and maybe check out some stuff in person

Tell the tint guy to cover the third brake light otherwise they will go around it (unless you want it exposed so it is brighter).

Do 35% all around & 50% windshield. You won't notice any uniformity differences.

In NY, legal tint limit is 70% which is pointless cuz that doesn't cover anything. Anything over 50% is pretty much almost like having no tint at all. 35% is good enough so that at night, you can only see shadows. And day time its visible but not too bad when looking in.
If you do the front windshield at all, that would be illegal but unless its super dark, police probably won't notice. What part of NY are you in Killer? I can recommend my tint shop? It was 120 and I tipped the mexican 10 bucks. They have I think 4 levels of tint...I think it was 50/35/20/5. Not sure.

i love mexican people, im pretty much in Hoboken, so across the river. Occasionally though i have been spotted in brooklyn looking for Rendecruz so i could punch him in the teeth

me i wasnt gonna do tints but the grigio (dark grey) just didnt sit right with me fishbowled ......the black interior also helped darken the 50% a little.......i wanted to be seen in the car............... my tints were more of a "thought it would set the car off more with them " more than anything.......

45% ceramic dyed tint for me, front is untinted, doesn't really matter looks dark with the ebony interior + tint. Looks darker at night(for obvious reasons)

yeah i think the tints complete the look of grigio like you said, 50% is a nice balance to me. Aesthetically atleast. I dont really need 35 % for any functional reasons. Id rather not take chances with 35 and i want a uniform tint so 50% makes sense.
im guessing i wont lose much visibility either since noones complained about that yet, except for the racist guy who only runs over black people

To answer the OP's question: I am one of the few who do not like tints. I like seeing things as they are. I hate tour buses with tints, for example. How am I supposed to get the real deal when I'm sightseeing?
