service problem, what to look for

hey, i just bought a new tsx and just gave it to the dealer on monday to get some things installed, one of them being a wing spoiler. yesterday i get a call, and the guy says to hold on to the loaner for another day. the wing spoiler has a big scratch on it. so he said he had already ordered another one and it was gonna be overnighted. i said ok and would pick up the car the next day, but something feels a little fishy. i bought the car on the 6th and they called me on the 11th to set up an appointment to install everything. and they still hadnt received the spoiler yet. but now he can get it overnighted?
im just worried that they just asking for an extra day to touch up the scratch instead of getting a new spoiler. what should i look for today when i pick up the car to make sure it is a new one.

thanks

If you do not trust them ask them to let you see the spoiler that has the scratch on it. (ask them not to ship it back until you see it)

since you might have to go back to this dealer for some kind of service-just tell them the truth and try to be nice.
good luck and many miles of safe driving to you-hope you love it as much as I do mine
