SE Side Skirt
Can I ask a favor of my fellow SE owners? Can you see if any of my side skirts are flush to the wheel well? It seems like mine poke out to the rear as if the skirts are too long.
I searched for a few pics and saw that Integra2TSX's skirts sit flush.
My concern is that I was rear ended a couple of weeks ago. I am doubtful that would cause it, as it was low impact. 5-10 mph. I suppose anything is possible. I really never noticed it until now because of the accident. I want to say they were flush before but it could be my mind trying to find more stuff wrong with my car. It doesn't seem to be any structural damage as the gap between the door and the car seems to be parallel. The rear doors open and close without any issue.
I am in the process of getting a new Rear Bumper and when that comes in the body shop will be assessing the internals for any additional damage, but that could be a couple of weeks from now. So my impatience and apprehensiveness brought me here. So any input would greatly be appreciated.
Thanks!

Same as yours.
The reason looks to be that it's all one piece that runs the whole length of the car. It wraps into the front wheel well and gets mounted with screws there. I'd imagine that, if it were flush at the back, it wouldn't be right at the front well.

I wonder why they didn't do a better job measuring things up. Seems like a detail like that should be obvious. But then again, it did take me 6 months and an accident to notice. Oh well!
Thanks to all who looked at their SE for me.

Yes, but I don't believe directly. The Type-S skirts are installed using clips that also clip into holes that are already drilled into the rocker panel (including a square hole). I decided to use 3M adhesive for this part and only to drill for the bolts on the bottom. I wrecked my car a few months later and I know both skirts were removed during the repair and replaced, I'm not sure what the body shop decided to do, but their re-install looks better than my install.
I should mention that I assume the SE and Type-S uses the same skirts and Acura wouldnt "reinvent the wheel" regarding installation of the same part, but I could be mistaken.
