I cannot get our 2013 TSX to recognize any cell phones I try to pair. The phones that do not work are Note 8 and Note 10.
I even found an old Note 5 that I remember pairing and working fine but still no luck.

Could it be that our cars BT module just stopped working?
Should I try Apple phones?
Thanks in advance for any help or advice.

I'm using an old Moto E without problems. Make sure you have bluetooth turned on.

My Ipone XR works flawlessly in my 12.

It's definitely the phone if other phones work. Try clearing the phones from the car and delete the pairing info from your phone and start fresh.

Yup. only allows 6 phones paired to the car. Need to clear them out, one or all. Then you can add new.
