Noises at car startup
2012 TSX SE, 34000 miles, CPO bought 10 months back with 21000 miles on it.
Does anyone have a similar issue where-in upon starting the car after a long time (over-night) and usually when its cold outside, the car makes a khee-khee-khee sound when started and it lasts for about 1-2 seconds but then goes away!
I am having the issue above and its bugging me! Also I am still in the 1 year warranty period as I had bought a CPO car. What do you guys suggest I do in this situation?
Anybody else has similar issue??

Thanks for the reply! The sound is not from ignition but from the hood (driver side) and mostly from some belt or moving part. I will try to post an audio clip over here if possible.
Yes, I think I am gonna pay the dealer a visit. Its just that my nearest dealer is meh and the one I bought car from is 60 miles away and the scheduled servicing is a good 3500 miles away!

A bit of a grinding noise? It is the VTC actuator. Don't let the dealership tell you differently. You will need to go through a lot of "We couldn't replicate the sound." Getting a service rep and sending the video clip is how I finally got mine addressed.

The "fix" however, is just a replacement of the part and will likely come back again in the future (assuming you can even get them to replace it). There's a TSB on this issue for the 8G Accords and our 2G TSXs. I've seen a letter from Honda to 8G Accord owners that there's currently no fix for this, and that replacement of the part is not the solution that technicians should follow because the problem likely will come back.
edit: apparently Honda started shipping a new VTC part# to dealerships, but no new updates on the official TSB yet. Probably a few months until they update it and start offering to replace your current one with this updated one to fix the grinding issue:
