Is there any way to change the cars dash glow from white to anything else. I would like to make them be a different color. Maybe a kit or just an easy take of the panel and change the lights. Any help would be awesome. Oh and of course the gauges too.

i actually think our gauges are beautiful, and all the colors of the dash as well. but if you do, i m pretty sure you gotta take off the panels and do some wiring (as seen in some TL owners, if i remember correctly)

or you guys could buy a ford mustang and like chose between many many colors. Agree with ed though i think our dashboard is the prettiest out there. Everyone of my passengers love the blue backlight. and speedometer.

Haha, yeah I do love the colors as is. But I saw my friend's BMW with red dash and I was just kinda wondering what ours would look like like that too.

I do think it looks good as is too. I was just curious. I think it would be a cool mod that still keeps it low profile. I was thinking a blue would be sick. for my eyes it seems to be white light in the dash and blueish white for the dials. I just want to change something but nothing that will add weight or make cops come after me like a magnet. I guess some TL owners have done it? well if there is anyone that knows how they did any links or help would be quite useful

there's alot of mods you could do without the cops coming at u lol. led interior lighting is a start, led license plate lights, nokya drl's and fogs, etc. lol just need the money thats all lol

I had a passat that was murdered out and I was always getting pulled over for tail lights being out but weren't out. being asked what I was doing in the neighborhood i was in. I lived there btw. What other interior mods can you do that are diy that wont look cheep? The lights
I think will be cool I just have to figure out how to pull off the panels on the dash now and look at the lights.

haha funny you mention that, i was just in my friend's bimmer the other day and noticed their red interior. not my thing, i love our interior color

the warren guy on ebay is selling them again i think so he would be the cheapest one to go through, as you can get everything plus trunk led, and vanity mirriors for like the same ijdm toy does. Yeah I'm thinking of all Blue for my TSX and my TL.

if i rembmer correctly...warren does not have blue leds for the door! i remember i got my blue leds on my door from another ebay guy, but the rest (map, dome, license plate, vanity) i got from warren. warren only has white for the door leds i believe. unless he added new stuff

also, keep in mind, warren is sending from hong kong, so it will take around 2-3 weeks. if u have the patient, go for it. lol

as for the license plate bulb, i have mine for more than half a year (ever since april) and so far ALL my bulbs are great. knock on wood LOL

blue is cool, but u MIGHT wanna consider white for certain parts. like the license plate led, or map/dome light. (just because it lights up better than blue, but if ur jsut for looks and ur into blue, go for it)

for me, i have:
white - map, dome, vanity, license plate. i have a extra set of white incase i dont like the blue on my door lol
blue - underdash, doors.

Yeah I'm doing this 100% purely for looks LOL.
I found that I never use the lights anyway might as well make them cool.
But I think I might as well just get them from ijdmtoy. They sell them in packages, pretty easy. I just don't get why one package is like double the price of the other....

the more expensive package are for wedge leds like i said before they are brighter and spread the light more evenly

Dash gauge color is one thing I don't like bout my TSX. It's too bland and boring.... plain old white... C'mon...
I wish it was red, like Audi's and BMWs. The 3rd Gen TL-S had red gauges whereas regular TLs had blue.

Anything but plain old white, please...

Red gaugues look badass and very sporty at night.

I am still trying to find out how to change the lights for the dash. That is what I want to mod. I think the interior lights are cool as led but I wanted to change the dash color to something other than white. any help would be awesome

I kinda like the changing dash light option available in Ford cars. Wish Acura would have that as well. I'd pay extra for that. Change the colors based on the season and my mood. LOL.
