My sister's 2006 TSX lease is up and is thinking about leasing a 2009 r these good $?
Ok my sister's 2006 acura TSX lease is up end of the month and she is car shopping. All the cars she has looked at thus far G37X, IS250AWD BMW 128, 328, C300 are all almost $500 total w/$2000 out of pocket total after all taxes. She is thinking of maybee buying a pre-owned Is250AWD w 15K miles they want $29,995 + taxes and fees but i think we can get it down top $27,995 w/2.9% financing. I was at the ACRURA dealer cuz my girl wants to trade in her 06 TL for a RDX for the winter but the lease was $468 with $2800 total down for 36 months so I told her she is gonna have to stick with her TL and I will buy her winter tires! Well I was asking for my sister for a 2009 TSX base auto..This is what they can do
$1500 total out of pocket $382 a month for 36 months 12k miles a year.
$2000 total out of pocket $367 a month..
Thats out the door after all fees... base model..
How do those numbers sound?
Is anyone that has a 2nd gen TSX come out of a 1st gen TSX?
What r the pro's and cons fron prev model to this one?
Which one do u like better and why?
Thanks guyS!!

How many miles on the 2009 TSX?
Depending on how many miles on the odometer, get your numbers to the following and you'll have gotten yourself a damn good deal:
$2k out of pocket
15k mileage allowance/yr
$350/month
36 months
That's what I paid for mine with 10 miles on the odometer, except I had to put $3k down and I have a manual not an auto (base model)

Sounds high to me. A 2009 will not lease well so far into the model year, especially when the 2010 are out. The 2010 will have much better residual vs. 2009. The 2009 would most likely be a better deal to purchase. Back in March I leased a base 2009 for only first months payment and tag/reg fees down, $382/month with 6%sales tax, for a 3year/15k a year lease.
Educate yourself. Get all your numbers (selling price, residual, money factor...) and run them through this lease calculator: http://www.leaseguide.com/calc.htm
Good luck!

It might be a 2010 them I did not even ask.. I did not think the 2010 where out yet but if it is a 2010 then would it be a good deal? All the new lease incentives just came out yesterday and are good for at least the next month.. Lemme call and find out if it was 2010..
My girl wants a RDX but those number where ridiculous..
Total out of pocket $3800 36 month 12k miles a year $460 a month that sounded HIGH but the TSX sounded decent to some other leases out there now a 2 door altima 2.5 thats $25,000 leases for more!!!

if its a 2010 then its a pretty good deal. btw, 2010 tsx's have been out since june. its not a good time to get the 2010 rdx because it just started arriving in showrooms.

not sure how much you drive but get the 15k mileage/yr allowance and you've got yourself a great deal.

This price is out the door she is going to put $1500 or $2000 only down and her payment every month is going to be that no ++ thats with EVERYTHING..
I think it's pretty dam good cuz on there website the 36 month lease for the TSX is $299 with like $3700 down and that did not include taxes and fees..
2010 TSX 4 cylinder Featured Special Lease
$299.00 per month for 36 months. $3,599.00 total due at signing.
Includes down payment with no security deposit. Excludes taxes, titles and fees. For well-qualified buyers.

it's a good deal go for it. but try to get as close to $350/mo as possible.

Did you look on Acura.com? I just looked and they are offering a 2010 TSX for $299 a month with 10K miles a year and $3599 down. Here is the link.
Since you are trying to put less money down, tho, you will probably pay a higher monthly payment (plus you want more miles a year, too). Considering both of those, I would say you're getting a decent deal.
HOWEVER, I would negotiate the price of the car FIRST, and then the lease price based on that. That is what I did when I leased mine and here is the deal I got: 2007 TSX with Navigation, $870 down (tax, title, fees, and license), 15K miles a year, $365 a month for 36 months. I was only able to get this because I negotiated the price of the car to $250 below invoice and then they did the calculations for the lease based on that price, not the MSRP (which was about $2500 higher).
Give that a try.

Yeah I just posted that lease deal right B$ but that DOES NOT INCLED taxes of fee's..
so lets See 7% of $300 is $21 so monthly payment would be $320 with $3600 down so tax on $3600 is $252 and plates and reg is about $400.. so thats about $4,252 total down $320 a month.. SO $4,252 - $2000 (since she is only putting down 2K) = $2252
$2252 divided by 36 months is about $63 so $320 + $63 = $383 where her payment is $367 that $16 cheaper then the deal they ar running which saves he $575 over the 36 month lease so I belive it a pretty good deal.

$379 / month - 39 months
$3,999 initial payment
2009 G37 RWD Journey with Premium Package
Excludes taxes, title and license. Offer ends 9/30/2009.
so with JUST taxes at 7% $379 + $26.53 $405.53
$3,999 + $280 = $4279 then MV is $389 + doc fee ??$189 so the infinity G35 is $405 with about $4,857 DOwn and I am prob missing some kind of fee so getting it under $400 with total $2000 out of pock Total is going to be IMPOSSIBLE!

My sis just picked up her 2010 TSX..
White/parchment base auto 2010 TSX lease..
$2000 total down (included 1st month payment)
$367 a month 35 months 12K miles a year
They made her last payment of $389 on her 2006 TSX and she was under 200 miles so they transfered over 1,000 miles (if u where under 1-999 they gave u 100 transfer) and they gave her an extra 3000 miles cuz of some odometer lawsuit so she has 40K miles on her 36 month lease for $367 with $2000 down which included first month payment.. GREAT DEAL ..
I called 2 other acuras (open road and DCH ) and they could not toch this deal the actully told me to go buy it a Park Ave Acura...
Her 2006 TSX with $1600 total out of pocket was $389 so she got a better deal this time around!!
She shopped the 128, G37X, IS250AWD, and S40 and the first 3 where mid to high 4's with 2k out of pocket the only lease that compared to the TSX was the Volvo but she hated it the inside was shabby!
