Are my HIDs proper?

I got in an accident a few weeks ago (that's another story... ugh, woman pulls over, and then does a uturn, right into me... front left headlight and bumper damaged and replace - she knew the cop, he left shit out of the report, insurance blames me...)

Anyway, I got my baby back, and I feel like the right HID is too high, and maybe they're focused too much in the center?

I took some pics. I was going to take it to Acura, but they said it's just a 125$ diagnostic fee, and if it's under warranty it gets waived, but if it's not, I pay the 125 whether they fix it or not... forget that.

So do the pics seem right? If so, I'll stop worrying about it. Just gotta make sure before I do something about it... either myself, or taking it to my shop, but that's over an hour away and I don't have the time.

I know the left is supposed to be slightly lower, but it seems like... you can see places where it's lighter/darker than others, I thought it was supposed to be pretty uniform (and maybe my memory is just wrong on that)

that looks about right to me...are you actually feeling like its affecting your visibility and safety? if not then its not really that big of a deal anyways. Also, adjusting the angle of your hid's is a simple process you can do on your own. Looks fine though

Not affecting my visibility, but I feel like I might be blinding people with that right headlight when I'm behind them. I think it's cutoff is much higher than I remember, so I'm wondering if they re-aligned both.

Why is the left supposed to be lower? My lights look the exact same and I always thought the left was not correct.

So oncoming traffic/driver's side mirror isn't blinded

Thanks guys. The only thing which concerns me is the right side seems to angle upwards (like if there are trees to my right, you can see the light shining up), which is what concerned me as to the proper angle.

Should I lower the right or raise the left? I can't stand that they aren't level.

If I want to be nice I lower the right?
If I want to be mean I raise the left?

The driver's side headlight should be slightly lower than the right. That is normal in most cars.

Left is always lower. Now if you wanna be a jerk run JDM or UK lights where the right side is lower and left is higher, since they drive on the opposite side. Blind to your hearts content

Who cares, as long as it's okay with you :-)

Can't tell you how many times I've been blinded on the road by other drivers.
