Not too big of a problem, the emblem cost less than $20 from the dealer.
Part # 75700-TL2-A00, list price is $18.70, plus a couple of push nut # 90672-SW5-003 (cost $1.10 each). The only problem is that you may have to remove the front bumper to get the emblem off (removing the two nuts on the back) if you can't get enough clearance from the top.

I have removed the emblem twice, and both times I was unable to remove it without breaking the pin in the back. So, I'm going to tell you the same thing: break off the scratched emblem. Then, see if you can recover the push nuts. I was able to re-use mine both times.
Then, stick in the new emblem, and use a small screwdriver with a socket at the end to hold the push nut. Carefully hold the screwdriver with the nut and stick it in behind the emblem, and push. You will feel a click indicating that the nut is on. Repeat for the other nut.

It is possible to do so without removing the bumper. You remove the rubber grille cover (part 14 in the link below) after removing 8 clips (I believe it's 8, anyway). This will give you room to stick your hand in behind the grille.

Try some chrome touch up paint for now.
When you are ready to install a cold air intake or remove resonator, then replace the emblem with the bumper removed.
