MT tach guage - nothing in the middle
The auto versions have the PRNDL in the middle of the tach guage, however the manual trans is blank. Curious if anyone else thought something should go in there to help balance it out, therefore, for fun, created a survey to see your thoughts.

I don't see the need for this in a 6MT. Personally as I driver, I should know what gear I'm in without having the car telling me.

^^ Same here, but I dont think that's what the OP is asking.
You know how the SI's have SI in the middle of the tach..and the CSX-S says TYPE-S on the tach. I think OP is talking about something like that haha.

Maybe a VTEC light or something? There's a light on the S2K dash on all AP2s from '06 on I think that lights up when you're in VTEC range. Maybe I'm completely wrong, which I very well may be...and most people know when they've hit VTEC anyways, so, whatever.

Something electronic definitely. Digital tach, even a gear indicator (yes I know its a manual), or a similar display as the speedo one...so you can show two things at once.

WTH happened to my garage
I'd totally enjoy a gear indicator, every now & then I'll be in a 45 MPH zone cruising in 5th not paying attention.

The upshift/downshift indicator that is in the Accord Euro-R would be a welcome edition. If there were any Acura or TSX logo I would probably be trying to rip it out.
