Moving to a TLX

Sorry to say, last Saturday I traded in my TSX for a TLX 4cl with Tech. Really love the car so far.

hey buddy; you'll still be apart of the forums, as there is a TLX side!
and I bet you'll still have interest in some of the TSX threads, as well.

Have fun with your new purchase!!

Pictures...or it didn't happen.

But seriously, it's the spiritual successor to some extent! Congrats on your purchase!

Considering the same, though I must confess that I have no use for the car (or another car period). Seems that there's a lease deal out there that may be too good to pass up though. Plus, I've been trying to sell my 010 for 7 months (it's the BRP one on Autotrader) and I can't seem to give it away (which frustrates me terribly since the car is low mileage, excellent condition, and priced near wholesale). I've always opined that TSX sales tend to very regional so I'm mostly blaming it on that, but still I'm befuddled by the lack of interest.

Congrats on the TLX purchase. TLX is a good smooth car. I'm still gonna try and hold on to my TSX for a few more years. Maybe a "performance" version of the TLX will be available then... or not.

Yeah, you know, the TLX really is growing on me...

...But only in that trim w/ AWD and the longitudinal Turbo V6.

They've been doing very well with that car in the GT class. 1 top 5 the other weekend, and a 1st place finish the last.

man i have love/hate relationship with my TSX...

love the look and how it drives but no tech... which saddens me because it's a 30k car...

i know it's not a luxury car but it lagged behind all those years...

6 speed and push button start would have been sweet...

Seriously, push start is cool... The first time you use it. After that it makes no difference, lol.

See none of the features on the acura will tickle my fancy as I had a fully loaded mercedes c class and tech in that car OMG. So ill keep my uber reliable tsx because technology comes with a price.

I read Audi is working on something where it will tell you how long you have before a light will turn red...that is the only technology I want.

Man, I moved from an 02 TL-S to an 09 TSX.....and when I hear stuff like the above I fear I'll NEVER be in style.

Only 6 years off the curve now though , getting closer ....

Haha. It's probably still a good while away, even though they are testing it in Germany. I think there will be some that will say it may cause people to try and beat these timings, which will lead to more speeding or it may be a distraction, but still pretty cool to think about.

Audi shows off smart car that may mean you never have to stop at a red light again | Daily Mail Online

We already have that technology in Toronto. The lights have countdowns for pedestrians to hurry the f up when crossing. Obviously I take this as a "gun it or not" opportunity.
