Map Lights and interior lights out?

Hi everyone,
New to the forum, hoping to get some help.

My wife has a 2009 TSX. We recently noticed that the map lights, as well as the overhead lights in the back don't work at all. It doesn't matter if you have the door function on or off...the map lights are not getting power. Seems like a fuse would be the first thing to consider, but I pulled everyone in the car and they are all fine. Any other ideas?

The fuse is No 16 (in 2012) 7.5A fuse in the under hood relay box.

IF the ceiling light is in door position, and the moonroof interior switch is in door, a jumper from terminal P4 (pink) in the 20pin connector on the drivers MICU (good luck finding it)

There are many sub tests for switches, bulbs, etc, but checking that fuse would be a good 1st place to look.
