Since this TSX has the softest leather i've ever seen; is there a special treatment Acura has to maintain this? What I don't want is the leather to turn into that shiney old leather that I see so often. (Or crack)
I want to keep it that soft matte finish just like new.

Also what to use on the steering wheel for the same purpose?

Any ideas? Or will this leather eventually turn into shiney leather like my first gen TSX.

good thinking on taking are of it early. my leather cracked a little

Coming up on 2 years with the car and leather is still like-new, and still get "wow your car smells new" comments.

 

^^ i use that same product on my car and its great, i have a kid and a dog, and the car seat really makes a dent in the leather, when i condition it comes out new, would reccomend it highly

 

I just brought mine in last week for its first service and was given a bag of cleaning supplies from the dealer. It included a shampoo, a leather cleaner and a leather protectant. Should be cleaning the inside this weekend , I'll let you know how it comes out.

 

I noticed you are in westchester. Did you buy it from Acura of Westchester?
