Lease offers any good?

http://www.acura.com/tools/shopping/...model=tsx&zip=

I was wondering if anyone has seen the current lease offers? Also, what could I expect for 12k miles/yr and what would be the increase for the tech package? Also, what are you (those of you leasing) paying per month now and how much did you put down?

Thanks in advance!

Say I was trading in a car worth 25k or so to lease (it makes sense), I assume the sales tax would be minimal

According to acura.com, you looking at $299/mo and $2K down. 10K miles a year.

But I'm sure that price is a striped down model.

damn, they got you for 65 bucks a month more than me for the 5k extra miles? so your pretty much paying 15.6 cents per mile. the overage charge is 15cents per mile for cars MSRP under 30k. and 20 cents per mile over 30k. base is under 30k

Yep thats the base model, i just picked up a Tsx Tech last week.
OP, I did $4k Down for a Tech model $330/Month 10k a year, but acura has the offer going with the program if you end up leasing another car when that lease is up they give you 7500 miles grace, Which totals 37,500 miles for 36 months.

Or you can bring it back with 100k as long as you buy it out lol

Thats a great deal pyrodave. My quote is $379 36 month/10k $0 down except for 1st pymt and license/ registration. Every $1k added to the lease, adds about $29 to the monthly pymt.

Those are some great deals in the east coast. Were the TSX leased thru Acura Financial? Tax here in the Illinois is about $2200, whats the tax rate out there?

Something not making sense, are the deals on the east coast so different from Midwest? Could someone PM me the details and dealership info. Thanks.

i said my details lol. i paid 340 a month for 35 months. i said 0 down and all fees rolled in. 0 down meant they paid for the first month. so 340 times 35 divided by 36 is my payments for 36 months, 330 a month. 10k miles a year. bought it from stu at ramsey acura in jersey. alsso got first oil change free. no goodies were thrown in. we had an 08 TSX but it was bought from a different dealership in NY. there was no discounts for having an acura. this was march of 2010. what else do ya wanna know? haha

Pyrodave I'm not questioning the deal, just wondering if those same deals are available in the Midwest. As the best I could do on a 2012 tsx base was the $379/month. That is about $40 difference. Would like to hear more from the 2012 SE lease. Thanks and hopefully it gives me more bargaing power.

haha i apologize if it seems i was attacking you. i was simply asking if there was some info that i thought was irrelevant that you wanted. don't settle for a base for 380 a month unless its tech, or they threw in a body kit, all weather package, and free service lmao

Thanks pyrodave for all the info. jonstintedtails could you provide a bit more info, interested in your deal. If I can do better than $379 that would be ideal.

Acura sets the money factor and residuals. I think one variable is that some states charge full tax on the entire price of the car even if its a lease. This will add substantial cost to the monthly payment.

In NJ we pay 7% tax but only on the amount of depreciation which in my case is 38%. The residual on the car is 62%.

My deal was:
320.xx a month with tax
$2500 due at signing ($500 of which was a rebate from Acura) so really my true OTD costs were $2000

Of the $2000, $1100 was a down payment the rest were fees and my first month payment.

This is for a 2010 Special Edition 6 speed. I bought the car at invoice (29,620)
12k a year.

Oh and BTW I am very happy with the car so far. Car feels very well built and rides really nice on the highway. with the 4 cylinder torque is a little lacking but its smooth. Averaging 27 MPG so far.

Thanks JTT, that makes a bit more sense now. East coast still seem to be getting about $30/month better deal. I would think all Acura dealers would be able to do the same deal?

well like he said, they can only go so far regarding tax. if a state has lets say almost 8% tax like jersey, and they charge on full value of your car vs only your depreciation(term of the lease) and you get the car at invoice(29K or so) the numbers of tax are (.08)(29000)(.32) vs (.08)(29000) so thats $2320 vs $745 thats a $1600 difference, which for 36 months would be about 45 bucks a month. so it could be you are actually getting a better deal before tax, but because of tax, you pay 30 or so more a month. these are all rough numbers, but it should give the general idea

jons, where in jersey are ya? PM me =) im in bergen county, we've got alot of guys here in the tristate

2011 Base $340 for 60 months, 0.10 a mile penalty 2000 down plus first month payment

2009 Base (with less than 13000 miles on it when purchased) $282 for 60 months same as above.

I also have some equity at the end of the lease term.
