Good luck but its going to be hard to prove that it was that person (no witness) even tho everything looks very clear.

Personally i'd be 100% sure that is your guy especially if you live in the same building it could make life difficult if you happen to be wrong. I also probably wouldn't have publicly posted his car online as it may compromise a case. Just a thought.

 

Does seem like it might be a plow truck, one of those privately hired to clean out parking lots. I live in NYC (Brooklyn) we got snow today so every time I hear a plow truck I run out to make sure they don't hit my car. I know those of you who live in NYC know about what happened last winter.
Lots of plow trucks messed up so many cars around the city.

 

Oh nevermind, looks like you found your culprit! I hope you put a good scolding to the owner of that Camry and hope he gets some penalty from the cops for leaving without a note.

 

And how stupid is he to return to the scene of his crime. At least park a few blocks away :-)

 

unfortunately is the way the system works you can't just go around saying "that person hit my car" without even being sure. Like I said I'm not doubting his findings. How about who ever hit the OP car hit that one too, just saying. I hope that the OP get his vehicle fixed and don't have to pay for what other irresponsible drivers out there do.
