Thumbs up High Praise

I had to laugh...Drove my sister in law around on some errands while their BMW 650I coupe was recuperating from a cracked rim.

After a bit of chat she says " this is a nice car, it handles well....what is it ? "
Why, it's an Acura TSX I say. "Well, it's nice" says she.

I agree, it IS a nice car...who needs a 650I coupe to tool around in anyway ?

Most of my family with their IS/GS/RX really dig my TSX.

Rockyboy is something else.

To my parents, it's a Honda with seats that get really sticky in summer and cold in winter. To my wife, it's too small and jarring of a ride. To my son, it's a vessel to absorb his spills and other misc fluids he happens to throw out. To everyone else, it's a manual so they don't how to move my car when I block them in the driveway.

You apparently don't grasp the concept that driving most BMW's has nothing to do with need.

She was probably being polite and giving you compliments on your car for taking her to do errands

I grasp that concept just fine...apparently my tongue in cheek post doesn't resonate with some...
