Planning in doing a pnp bid kit for the fogs. Been reading a ton of great info in here. What brand are most of you running? I see $50 kits online and then I see a Phillips kit for $199 and a morimoto for $150. I'm thinking this is one of those "you get what you pay for" type of thing but there is a huge price difference across the board.
Thanks

I used a Volt kit by Xenon Depot on my Si. A bit pricey but had no problems over the 3 yrs I owned the car. Buddy bought an ebay kit and went thru ballasts about 1/mo.
I know people who've bought DDM kits. They are on the cheaper side, but have lasted.
People have been moving towards LED's for the fogs too.

We're The Retrofit Source, and we build badass headlight parts. We're now an Acurazine vendor and want to use this opportunity to thank all of you who have bought from us before--we wouldn't be where we are without you!
As a new vendor, we also will be extending special pricing on our product line and announce our newest release: Morimoto xB LED fog lights, which fit many newer Acuras perfectly with only minor adjustments necessary:

They are based around three Philips Luxeon T LEDs at 5000K in color for approximately 1,200 lumens per light. The light is emitted through a clear projector lens for a broad but shallow distribution of light--exactly what a fog light should be.

The casing is powdercoated aluminum with a durable polycarbonate lens and is IP67 certified, which basically means it's dustproof and waterproof for anything you may put it through.
The best part is--should you have any issues, we'll do anything it takes to take care of you and we're right here in midtown Atlanta, GA if you want to swing by and poke around.

Here are some unsolicited installations from customers found by just searching google. Keep in mind, these were only released about a week ago after nearly a year of real-world testing!

By now you're probably getting antsy for price and wondering how bad the wife will hate you for buying fog lights, well, retail is $175 per pair.
As part of our debut to Acurazine, we'll hook you up with 15% off anything on our site except for OEM projectors and closeout items. Your coupon code for this discount is ACURAZINE. Please help us keep this code only on this forum (use it don't abuse it).
We'll be around to answer questions, hang out, and chew the fat, so to speak. Holler if you have any questions about them or any other products we offer or plan to offer!

honestly i wouldn't bother with hid fogs, i bought led fogs from vleds and they are amazingly bright. they also have the benefit of being plug and play. when comparing the hid fogs that were in a friends tl my leds were just as bright. so, something to consider..
