Hey guy.. Got my 09 tsx last wk and so far just got done window tinted. Im trying to get HID for DRL and fog and posibly turns signal (well if i can get abmler out to mKe clear). I know i wont be able to do it myself so im trying to see where i should go to get it done.. Dealers or body shop? ~_~

 

im pretty sure dealers wont do it for you. and i dont think you want HID turn signals...it wouldnt go too well lol. probably not for DRL as well

 

first of all, welcome. post pics of your baby!!

second, dealers frown upon modding. take a look around the site, the search button is helpful. theres a thread about upgrading your foglights to HID. i'll be posting a DIY within a few days.

HID's arent ideal for DRL's or turn signals. they require ballasts and a good amount of voltage to ignite. the best thing is LED's. there are threads about that too. i believe the most popular are v-leds. there is also a DIY for removing the amber insert from your headlights. or you can pay someone to do it. just take a look around, its a good site here, very informative =)

remove your resonator! its so worth it! i just did mine last night and i love it! post pictures of your tints.

 

i had my bumper off yesterday to install my HID fogs and i wanted to take off the resonator, but i had no wrench lmfao. i had the 10mm bit and everything, ready to do it, but couldn't find anything to stick the damn bit on. i found it today, so im gonna make a DIY within the next few days showing the entire process. how to take off the bumper, take off the resonator, install HID fogs, or just change the bulb, and how to put the bumper back on.
