Black was by far my worst color. Now I have white I have to clean it weekly rather then daily.

For some reason I am in love with Modern Steel on the 9th gen Accords. One day I asked myself if I made a mistake getting White Orchard Pearl.

I hate you can't get manual accord sport in any color you want

New accord is best design since 90-93 body style

Yea, it's pretty lame. Only 2 colors, don't know if that's going to change.

At first I didn't like the new Accords. We went to the auto show and my wife said this is nice after driving it on the track. After driving it I started digging it. (Couldn't get my S4) So I thought that meant she wanted one, so we bought one, and now she drives it.

It also comes with quite a few features that are nice for resale and for use. Once you get used to having a map constantly displayed on the dash...you'll never want to go without it. Traffic jam up ahead? I can quickly look at the map and dart around it. Heavy fog or dark road? I can glance at the map to make sure I'm not going blindly into a sharp curve. Road trip to Canada/Mexico? Nav still works without paying international charges on my data plan. It also makes the car and dash look more upscale and attractive, IMO. Your TLS has a nav screen and tech features. You'll miss it with a non-tech. You'll also miss the 3rd pedal and the power. But...the wagon is a much cooler car (IMO). And its mad useful.
All this I agree with (I just bought a '14 tech wagon). He won't miss the third pedal though. His second car is decent enough with a third pedal

I gave up worrying about washing my car for lent. That is how bad the problem is. I want to wash it but with all the pollen around here it is kind of an exercise in futility...

The wagon also has a bunch of weird placed on the back of the car that really pile on the dirt (e.g. the lip around the license plate and the lip where the hatchback meets the bumper)

Here's an idea, you can always rent an Accord and get one. You get a rookie green pea rep from Enterprise straight out of a frat house who wont do the proper trunk to trunk walk around prior to handing you the keys then BAM!. Free spare tire kit.

I would think a rich guy from Yorba Linda driving a wagon wouldn't advise others to commit theft

Its not free if you're paying for the rental.

woohoo... congrats... it looks like.. well, it looks like mine (at least until I have time to "de-beak" the front). Had my other car not died, I would have already had it done.

If you open the hatch where the power button is , on the hatch, is that blank or does the plastic there has no blank and it's smooth ?

Blanks bother me. Passenger side (I imagine for rhd tech package cars) there is a blank in my car for open hatch and I hate it

It is not a blank, just a faint outline around where the module for the liftgate button would know. You wouldn't find it if you did not know here to look

I have 35% on my car. The GF's wagon has 15%. My plan is to re-do mine at 15%. I love the seclusion.

Always tinted all at 20%

At old age like clear glass

But two kids + ca sun = tint needed

Will be done this weekend

I think the tint we put on the car also partially depends on what is legal in their particular state. I know in mine, legal is 50%. That's why I'm leary about going too dark. Don't need this to be a reason to get pulled over.
