Exhaust Systems

Is there any kind of exhaust systems out yet for the 09TSX? I cannot seem to find any online yet... Also what are some of the good brands out there?
Thanks

Pls don't buy the first thing you find, there's a lot of crap out there.

What are your ultimate expectations and how much loss of bottom end power and all around noise are you willing to put up with?

Wait until Comp....errr...CT-Engineering.com comes out with an appropriate sized tasteful exhaust that works.

I don't know if it is out in the US yet, but I am sure it will be around 2k like the Mugen exhausts for the 1st gen.

Probably have to wait for a US vendor to start carrying it. HeelToe Auto maybe?

Mugen stuff is the holy grail to many people, and yes, 2k for a cat back is expensive for what you get. Has anyone test fitted it yet? The reason I ask is that the Mugen 07> CTR (Civic Si) intake didn't bolt right in and the cat-back didn't either because of the hanger locations and length of the cat was different from the JDM cars.

We are working on an exhaust for the car as we speak.
We have a few other parts in the works as well.
As long as it won't get me into any trouble, I'll post some info when I have more.

They can't really make a header on the new TSX. The exhaust manifold is actually casted with the head. Our options are to get an "downpipe" so to say, port out the cast, and / or switch to the first gen head.

As for exhaust, they are in the works. You should be seeing them very soon.

Yes, yes, and yes, oh, and add a 4 point Ti strut brace to the wish list, Mr. Nate CTE...whoever you are. My cowl shakes like an alchololic with the DT's whenever I drive over an expansion joint, or even a bottle cap.

How about a nice autoclaved CF icebox? Hell, I'd settle for a CF pseudo-icebox compared to what I have.
