Anybody adjust the emergency brake slack? I got to the adjuster bolt under the USB plug and I can get a 12mm ratchet wrench on it. I was able to turn a few times but now the cable is twisting, I tried holding it with pliers but that wasn't really working. Is there a better way?

 

Found another video and looks like I should probably be adjusting this behind the wheel.
