Drain plug washer

I've searched and seen that everyone gets their drain plug washers (automatic transmission) for ~$0.50. Where do you guys get this stuff?Dealer charges 5 for it.

is it number 10?

18mm crush washer. you could try a good ace. they have a decent hardware selection. bring the old one with you and the bolt too.

I doubt you'll find an aluminum crush washer at a hardware store (and I wouldn't trust the guy there selling them). I buy them at a Honda dealer for 25 cents a piece.

dealer would be your best bet. if you have something similar to a canadian tire where you live they will definitely have one.

good point.

when you buy the crush washer at the honda dealer, is it the same part number, or do you just ask for a 18 MM crush washer?

Thanks

I believe they give them to you for free if you buy the OEM filter....I bought a 6 pack off ebay and they were included too.

Interesting. When I bought a bunch of oil filters from Honda (can't remember the PN, but they are the same size the TSX needs), each one had a drain plug washer included in the shrink wrapping. This was a few years ago now though.
