I am currently looking at a 2011 Manny Tech TSX with about 7300 miles on it.
They have it listed for 28997, which I think is on the high side.

I would like gauge people's opinion on what a reasonable price would be or what counter offer I should make.

From what I can see, the only add ons are the wing spoiler, mud flaps and maybe wheel locks. I can't remember if they had them or not.

That may be high, but reflects the extreme rarity of the 6MT with Tech combo. Since Acura doesn't offer both options together for 2012, the 2011 is the last of its kind.

Somewhere on this site is posted the percentage allocation of this combo, and I think it was just about 1-2 percent of all TSXs produced for 2011 MY.

One strategy is to keep the offer close to the dealer's ask, and then request a lot of Scooby snacks to be thrown in (e.g., weather package, spoiler, tinting, free oil changes, etc.)

If you want the MT and need the Navigation, I would grab it.
