Clips to hold lower engine cover after oil change?

So my GF took her TSX to a friend's shop to do some front end work and he went ahead and did an oil change as well, but I guess he was not as familiar as the oil change place with popping off the clips on the metal portion of the lower engine cover to expose the oil filter, so he ended up breaking a few and had to temporarily rivet the plate back on. I went and tried to find the clips that make this attachment (there appear to be two types both used on this plate), but when I look at the exploded view drawing, that metal plate plus all the plastic pieces around it are sold as a single unit (74110-TL2-A00) and so there is no information there on the clips that hold the pieces of that assembly together.

Pic underneath, where they usually pop off just the metal portion:

Removable metal plate with some clips missing and other temporarily riveted.

And here is the exploded view drawing for that whole assembly from OemAcuraParts.com: https://www.oemacuraparts.com/oem-pa...ItNGwtbDQtZ2Fz

I seem to need item 10, but the page does not list that part number, and as I said, it looks like there are two different types of clips on this plate.

Any thoughts, for those of you changing their own oil?

Thanks,

Wayne

I'm not sure if the bolt or clip are used to secure the metal plate or not since the cover assembly comes pre-assembled.

#9 - Cover Assy., Engine (Lower) - 74110-TL2-A00
#16 - Bolt, Cover (Lower) - 90143-TL0-000 ---- This is your #9
#21 - Clip, Bumper - 91505-TM8-003 ---- This is your #10

Agree with liquidtsx, it's #16 - Bolt, Cover (Lower) - 90143-TL0-000 that you need if you want to secure the lower cover to the car. I've actually ordered a few to replace missing ones from my wife's car. This is what they look like. I think it takes 7 of them.
