Cheap nav button/knob
Cheap nav button/knob
I've had my 2011 TSX for a couple months now and absolutely love it. However, am I the only one who finds the navigation knob to feel a bit TOO cheap?

It's not like I have a problem with the various plastics used in the interior because I understand it is a matter of saving costs (I even forgive the inner plastic door handles). BUT, I'm always pressing and playing with the navi knob. I just wished they used a sleeker aluminum knob or at least got rid of that unnecessary "ENTER" with the arrows around it. What do you guys think?

I don't have any issues with it. I like the way it scrolls, it is smooth. I also like the contrasting texture on the outer ring which makes it easy to find and use without looking.
I too like its controls and function. I don't think it's "cheap" feeling, but you should remember that you bought $30k entry level luxury and not a $70k+ full blown luxury sedan.
I still believe this system is better than the system in the BMW
