CD stuck tech unit??

Has anyone else had a cd get stuck? How did you deal with it?

Acura wants to replace my unit. My questions are
1. prefer a new rather than refurbished. Am I entitled to that request?
2. What becomes of music already burned into HDD?
3. What happens to my XM subscription on current radio good for another 13 months? Do i lose it and the prorated prepaid money on 24 mo subscription?

Currently the cd is jammed. Wont read, play or eject.
Thanks

I dont think you have a choice. Acura didnt make the unit but most likely by different companies. They send your old one back in exchage for the new refurb one. BTW, what type of CD is in it? Reason I ask is this happened on my old 09 Maxima and Nissan told me only discs with the 'compact disc' logo can be used meaning no imported discs or burned discs with custom labels as it they may have different thickness. They ordered mine from Panasonic or Clarion I think.

Store bought. Paul McCartney latest re-release of Wings Over America, Disc 2. I had just finished burning disc 1 into cars hard drive. Disc 2 jammed.

BTW Heard from my service advisor who says my HDD can be transferred to the replacement unit and my XM stays the same (both good news).
No luck on a brand new unit though...looks like a refurbished/remanufactured one as of now. I had thought maybe it was too early in this stereos lifecycle to see others fail already but apparently they have
