More specifications are needed in order to accurately answer your question, but yes, nineteen inch rims can fit on a TSX.

Yeah, 19" RonJons most certainly fit as I have them on my car.

20"s even fit with the proper offset. The member 'FritoLay' on here has 20"s. His car is even lowered on Eibachs and he says it doesn't rub.

yes TSX can handle 19"....i have 20" & with a Drop, my car rides smooth.

Much respect to Mugen, but unless you're happy with how tucked in the OEM wheels are, you won't like the specs of the Mugen wheels. They look too tucked in like OEM since they have the same offset of a 55. Our wheels have a 0.5" extra width than the factory wheels, and our offset is a 48mm, while still clearing the fender and BBKs even when lowered. Here's a comparo of the rear wheel in relation to the fender:
