broken steeering wheel leather cover stitches

The thread on the steering wheel leather cover of my 2011 TSX Tech has frayed. A few stitches are broken. What kind of thread can I get to repair this? Where can I get the thread? Thanks for any help.

I would head on over to a nearby auto upholstery shop to see if they can help you out. They'd likely have a similar color and durability thread.

These are the folks who makes the steering wheel cover for the OEM accessories https://wheelskins.com/
Every car I've owned have had one of them on. Protects the factory leather & stitching, and also make the steering nice and thick.
