The radio volume knob works for the HFL when in HFL mode. Use the volume control on the dash or the steering wheel.

Had the same problem. I had to turn the HFL volume waaaay up to hear anyone. At least the volume setting is different for radio and HFL so when you do get a call, you shouldn't have to mess with the volume each time.

I have to turn up the volume of my Bluetooth Device (Blackberry) to compensate for the volume. Also has anyone notice the that quality of Bluetooth audio is less than desired? The quality less than mp3 quality/

The sound quality does suck bad!!! I just left my dealership where I tried another TSX on the showroom floor, and the sound was the same as my TSX. My wife has a 2009 RDX and her bluetooth sounds fine. Acura needs to come up with a fix for the quality of there bluetooth in the 2009 TSX.

I usually just use the volume control on the steering wheel and it works like a charm

Sound quality does suck IMO. Oh well. At least we have HFL!
