i was cleaning my car and noticed the rear wheel area where there is underbody spray was really soft almost like mud- it was easy to pick off with my nail. At some spots it was already coming off. anybody seen this or experience it?









noticed it on both rear sides

 

it's for noise reduction according to my service manager.
