So i had just replaced all my interior and license plate bulbs with leds(5 led refractor from ebay).
everything went fine, dome lights, door lights, back dome and license plate, and trunk.
except one of the leds blew out a socket because i plugged it in, it flickered and went out, tried another same thing. put stock bulb in didnt work either. so i figured it blew a fuse so i tossed it.
went back to car an hour later and noticed all the bulbs i replaced on the interior(license plate still ok) were dead, even the one that illuminates the ignition.
one funny thing the led on the front passenger door is still working, the only one.
i think i blew a fuse so i checked the "interior lights" fuse on the pass side and its not blown.
i know there is another in the engine bay but its to dark to look right now. any ideas??
if the fuses are ok what could it be?
i dont think its the leds i put a stock bulb back in didnt work either.

That would explain why the bulb stopped working, not why the sockets don't work no more and all of the stock bulbs are dead as well.

But that is pretty weird. And since not happening to me, pretty funny just kidding.

How do you even change that stock key ring light.

didnt change the stock keyring bulb it just went out with the rest of them.
they are the same bulbs used by many on acurazine and have never read any complaints.

bro stick to the LEDs recommended by jp_warren in the LED thread. all of us use them and have been cool so far, i hope you didnt accidentally use some mega LEDs that raped you

Check out the 4G TL section, I remember reading a member putting in LEDS and blowing all of them.

both cars are going to be using the same technology, since they are both produced at the same time. I hope....

i used the leds from warden_JP on ebay, im gonna check the fuse in engine bay in a minute.

Yep, it was the #16 fuse in the engine bay. It must have blown from either a short or bad led or something. ill check it again in 30 min and see if its still ok.

well all the leds are still working except i still cant get the drivers door light to come on. i tried diff bulbs no luck. any ideas?
im gonna have to buy buy volt ohm meter..

i read in that led thread someone shorted something in there and it cost them alot of money. not trying to spook you or anything...go through that thread and see what i means

yeah i figured the dealer would have to remove the door etc which sounds like lots of money. unless i could put all stock bulbs back in and try to get them to believe it went out on its own on my brand new car.

id tell you to put in your stock bulbs and give it a shot but idk what theyll say. technically the only thing you risk is the dealer thinking you are a complete asshole for lieing, but on the bright side, dealers deal with complete assholes every day, so you will be just another asshole
